The Baroque style is characterized by exaggerated motion and clear detail used to produce drama, exuberance, and grandeur. Today the word [baroque] is applied to any creation that is exceedingly ornate, intricate, or elaborate.
Steampunk is a subgenre of science fiction that incorporates retrofuturistic technology and aesthetics inspired by 19th-century industrial steam-powered machinery. I love gears and my obsession with clockwork, mechanical watches is what leads to Steam power being a driving force of my imagery.
