Typography │ Form │ Texture │ Colour
A fusion of historical decorative styles (Baroque, Rococo, Victorian) rendered with a cool 3D style. Celebrating excess and ornament with precise typography, sculptural 3D work, and rich texturing and colour.

'The New Style' - some thoughts
I love adding ribbons, banners and scrolls as I have been a fan of scrollwork all my life. Mainly in 2D drawings, I love bringing them to life in 3D. They help add some flair to Typographical pieces and I have made them a staple in my book covers over the years.
Some elements resemble guilloche as a nod to my fascination with securities design.
Flowers, leaves and acanthus/filigree in a 3D setting set the stage for playful and exuberance. The influence of decorative arts will never fade and is the cornerstone of The New Style, alongside decorative typography. A Typographic execution adding heavy personality and customization to any typeface.
